Greetings
Hello everyone! This will be the last newsletter of 2025 and I would like to take a good look back to reflect and review the site’s progress for the year. This site is still fairly new. I created my first post with WordPress on February 26th. To Your Better Health goes even further back. I started on another blogging platform and wasn’t really posting as regularly until I opened the WordPress site. My very first blog was posted on 10/22/2023. You can see it here: https://tybetterhealth.com/2023/10/22/introduction/
I don’t necessarily reflect back through several years when I reflect through one, but this definitely has been an eventful year for To Your Better Health. I have been loving creating the content, recipes, and other tasks that keep this blog going. If it hasn’t been a learning or fun experience for you, it sure has for me. I think the things I share are important to know and delicious and healthy recipes that are fun to try. You may not appreciate everything I post, but I am hoping you enjoy some things.
Besides this site’s growth, I also have several social media accounts, and I would love for you to follow and connect with me on social media too! I have been hitting some good milestones, especially with TikTok. I am also a TikTok shop affiliate and I have gone LIVE on occasion. In the future, I plan on going LIVE more often. I’ve recently opened an account on Pinterest and am excited to gain more growth on that platform.
Continuing on, I wish to share with you the top performing blogs of the year and a few products that I have created.
The Top Blogs
- The Keto diet has been popular for the past few years and definitely has shown it’s popularity with the top views on my site. If you are curious to know more, read here:
2. The next one is more for your mental health, but it also affects your overall health if you don’t take care of your stress levels enough. Read more about it here:
3. I found this to be a little humorous. Sometimes some people just need someone to connect with in their weight loss and health journey, and as long as it helps, I don’t mind sharing my own personal experience and story. I hope it helps people and gives them some inspiration or motivation to live a healthier life!
To Your Better Health’s Products
Besides this year being a first of creating a website, this year was also a first for creating some eBooks and a printed book. With the thanks to some of my fellow writers who write about writing and showing how easy it can be to create Ebooks, I was very inspired to expand my work into books and eBooks. There will definitely be more to come in 2026 and I imagine I won’t be able to share the entire list of new books in my next year’s reflections blog. Anyway, here is the list:

Healthy and Festive Holiday Recipes. This is available both as an eBook and in print. The printed version has bonus material with some New Years brunch and dinner recipes along with a few more mocktail or cocktail recipes. It also has additional pages where you can write your own recipes you learn from family or friends over the holidays. Both include some healthy holiday beverages, sides, entrees (a few vegan included), desserts, breakfast, and leftovers! There are many healthy and delicious recipes you should try out!

This is only an eBook. Priced at only $5.99, it may not be the most fancy with pictures and structure, but it is loaded with Mediterranean recipes and a 60-day meal plan that will satisfy your demand for a healthy Mediterranean diet. It also has a few other tips, and weekly grocery lists to make shopping easier!

This is also only available as an eBook. This is only $2.99 for 25 recipes that are both budget friendly and healthy! It isn’t always easy eating healthy meals on a lower budget, but this little eBook helps you with a few tasty recipes that are lower cost and still give you the nutrition that you need!

End of Year Quote
“Don’t wait for the perfect moment — the future begins the second you decide to move.” – Eric Adams
Usually in my newsletters, I include some of my most recent recipes that I share on social media. I did give a few hangover remedy drinks because odds are, most people drink on New Years eve. If you suffer, I hope those drink recipes help you out! I will save my other recipes for a later blog because I just did not have enough space to share.
I am an affiliate marketer and use affiliate links. Any support you give is greatly appreciated. I wish you well into the next year of 2026! Cheers to your better health!
