Sometimes, making better habits are simple and even more easy than typical habits sound. Other times, making habits requires more time, strength, and commitment. No matter how hard the task or habit, I am here to encourage you to live a healthier lifestyle in any effort you are able and willing to do.
Most often, this topic is often associated with, “losing weight,” and I am also promoting losing weight if it needs lost. But, there are many other ways people can take care of their body whether or not taking care of themselves is in relation to losing weight. I encourage people to be within their BMI (body mass index), and not having to feel obligated to look like a skinny magazine model. I think a person taking care of their beauty or external appearance can aid in both mental and physical health, but it is not the main focus or drive of this blog. Eating healthy, taking needed supplements, and including exercise in a person’s everyday life will result in a longer life and a life with less ailment and disease.
I do not take on the title of a Dr., Nutritionist, or any other medical profession. I do have a BS and have had a few medical classes, but I come from an angle of caring about a person’s overall well-being and health. I may include sourced info from time to time, or even include articles or research of a health profession.
